![]() ![]() My last ditch effort is to see if I can retrieve the phone numbers from the phone memory via Bluetooth. ![]() ![]() Unfortunately, even though it mounts and allows the software to install, when it goes to connect to interrogate the phone numbers an alert comes up in the 'Join Me' software saying to switch the phone on(?) It's clearly on in that the software is mounting and I'm able to type in 'AT' commands on the serial port its presenting (and no, the AT+CPBR commands didn't work), so the phone may still be too damaged, even though its kind of working through the USB port. So I thought I'd be able to get the phone numbers out of it for him. I plugged it in via USB and it mounted and came up! Unfortunately he wasn't saving the phone numbers on the SIM card, but in the phone memory and he doesn't use a computer, so his ~300 numbers in his phone book appear to be lost. He's since bought a newer T55 replacement and was able to transfer his SIM card in it, so he's back on the air. Screen is completely blank and appears to have no power or connection, yet keys activate/light up, phone appears to power up as well as off and when on, keys are playing tones. Hi, Trying to help out a friend who had his ZTE T54 Telstra Tough phone run over by a car.
